Join us as we celebrate midsummer between the atmospheric wooden barns in BaneGarden — far from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close to everything that makes summer magical
We light up the grill, set long tables and serve a bevy of organic delerets filled with summer greens and tender, grilled meats. You just have to sit back and enjoy the taste of Danish summer.
After dinner is eaten, we gather around the crackling fire barrels. The little ones can bake snow bread, and we sing in midsummer together — exactly as it should be.
This evening's menu includes:
🍗 BBQ marinated chicken with oregano and juniper
🥩 Long-term grilled pork loin with new onions and wild herbs
🌭 Barbecue sausages with ram onions and herbal mayo
🌱 Grilled leeks with thyme and gremolata
🥬 Grilled summer cabbage with pecorino
🥔 New potatoes with bay leaf, vinaigrette, fresh lemon zest, capers and shallots
🥗 Green salad with apple, chervil, roasted rye kernels and feta
🍞 Sourdough bread from Perron with herb spread Dessert (can be purchased in the evening for 65 kr. ):
🍓 Rhubarb with vanilla cream, crumble and roasted almonds We make reservations for minor changes to the menu
🍷 Drinks can be purchased at the bar
