BaneGarden invites you to the traditional crayfish guilds, where the peak of the season in crayfish fishing from Sweden is celebrated. Come and join us for an evening full of Scandinavian charm, where the Nordic summer traditions are kept alive. Sit down at our long tables, enjoy the crayfish filled dishes, and toast for an unforgettable evening under the open sky.

What is included
Menu
- 600 g crayfish per person
- New potatoes, bay leaf, vinaigrette, fresh lemon zest, capers and shallots.
- Green salad with fresh apple, chervil, roasted rye kernels and planed West Sea cheese.
- Stirred mayonnaise with lemon and coarse mustard.
- Sourdough bread from Perron.
